Thank you.

PS: I noticed the Phinney Ridge group meets this Sunday evening and I would come but I have a prior commitment at that time.

You can reach me at this email or at the phone number below.
Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Bert,

I had emailed Karen 3 times before contacting you. I may be getting stuck in her spam filter. That is why I'm trying you. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

Hi Bert,

I wonder if you can help me. A women by the name of Karen Jones notified my organization through Krista Gurko that Million Ideas for Peace had been awarded a sponsorship grant for an upcoming event that we are holding on April 12. We had submitted a proposal to a panel who had made the award.

Since then I haven't been able to raise Karen or anyone else at SNOW and I would like confirm that the award is coming and to be sure that someone at SNOW knows where and how to provide sponsorship materials for your table. I would also like to find out SNOW wishes to share information about the event with its members.

Can you tell me how to make contact with the appropriate person.

URGENT: SB580 Opens the Door to Escalation in Iran

Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell have cosigned bills that open the door to a blockade of Iran. That would be considered an act of war by Iran, and sets the precedent for dangerous escalation. This is urgent, since the vote could occur any day now.

Our national legislators deem it non-controversial to recommend to a president known for his recklessness and bad judgment that he consider engaging in an act of war against Iran. Those of you who consider this issue controversial can go to the www.justforeignpolicy.org for more information.

Please urge Patty and Maria to change their minds and withdraw their support of this bill.
